How long do repairs typically take?

  • If you choose to visit a local iCracked technician, repairs take 10 minutes to 30 minutes (depends on iPhone model and extent of damage)
  • If you choose to Repair-by-Mail, we guarantee a 3-5 business day turnaround (depends on sender location, iPhone model and extent of damage)
  • If you choose to Do-it-yourself, customers will receive the complete repair kit and instructions within 1-2 business days, repairs usually take 45 minutes to 2.5 hours (depends on customer ability, iPhone model and extent of damage
